"Laying in bed at the end of the day completely relaxed and I attribute it fully to the massage experience from this morning. I’m no stranger to massages and I can honestly say that Luis is the best masseuse I’ve ever encountered. The therapeutic (deep tissue) massage was one to endure but BOY was it worth it. This massage experience will be the one to beat and I cannot wait until I return again. Luis is my guy. 100%. He delivered the ALOHA experience that I have not experienced on this island. This is what they talk about when they say aloha and really mean it. What a great and genuine gentleman. Luis, if you read this, mahalo, my brother—you’ve set a very high new standard. "This spa has some nice things to offer, loved the steam sauna. However, my husband and I both were in need of a good massage. Rough flights getting here, courtesy of United airlines. Anyway, we were both veryindisappointed with our massages. And yes, I communicated clearly what I needed. It was more like a glorified rub down with some great oil. We both felt like it was too much money to pay not to get the relief we needed from tired and sore muscles . Spa employees were nice , but not overly helpful."

"You have to try this place out. Spa treatments are everywhere in Maui, but Spa Helani gives you an experience. My wife tried the Journey to Hana ritual massage and loved it. You lay on a crystal mat over sand. It helps you sink into the massage further. I had the Tahitian mahan a massage and Charlene didn’t disappoint. She took away every knot and ache from braving the waves a day before. Next time I come to Maui, I’ll try another and another after that. If you want an experience, this is the place."
