"So many things to like about our stay here! Really enjoyed the garden level location. It made it so easy to access the BBQ area and we loved being eye level to all the beautiful landscaping at Kamaole Sands. It was quick to get to the pool, which is close but not “too close”. Also very nice not to have to deal with an elevator or stairs. And, the unit is on the shady side of the complex. Another big plus! Inside the condo the furniture is tasteful with a brand new sofa sleeper, chair, bedroom TV, and rug delivered while we were there. The sleeper sofa is memory foam so quite comfortable! The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you might need. All of the mechanical components in the unit such as the washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, ceiling fans, etc. are in good working order. We had quite a long stay so they all definitely got used. The condo is outfitted with plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs…really everything you might need. Laurie and Glenn are responsive owners which was very clear from the moment we started dealing with them. We never had need to contact the local manager (which is a good thing)! All in all, a wonderful stay at a very nice unit at a great complex!"

"The condo sits on top of a hill and is beautiful. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Furnishing was very nice with very cute decors.The grounds was beautifully maintained. Lots of birds singing its tunes while we enjoyed our daily breakfast on the lanai. It is a nice size 1 bedroom 2 full baths which was awesome. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and a small cooler were all provided. There's a water hose in front of the house to spray all the sands off when you return from the beach. Condo has 2 AC units..one in living room and 1 in bedroom. Electricity is high in Hawaii so we treated the condo like it was our own and tried to conserve energy where necessary. The Wailea area and condo are much more impressive in person. The gourmet island market, shopping center, restaurants and mall are all so near by. Best part is the view overlooking the golf course and ocean view. We can see the Molokini Crater and Kaho'olawe island from our lanai. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this complex. We ABSOLUTELY love having dinner and wine on the lanai while watching the AMAZING sunset. It was magical and we did not want to leave. Both Laurie and Nicole were excellent in answering texts, calls or emails prior and during our stay."

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Kamaole Sands condo was for our family! The location to the beach and within the complex is ideal. The condo located on the garden level gave us the opportunity to walk out of the patio, right to playing in the grass, BBQ at the community grills and easily walk to the pool and the beach. We are a family of 4 and found the condo to be spacious, well stocked with all items needed and plenty of space for all of us. Laurie and Glenn are amazing hosts. Very responsive for questions and obviously care deeply for their guests and property. I would highly recommend the Kamaole Sands condo to anyone traveling to Maui."

"The condo was a great place to stay. Very clean, well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed meals on the Lanai. Quick walk to the beach and town made it a great location. Laurie had great communication and was nice enough to check in with us to make sure our stay was great. I would highly recommend."
