"Beware and be warned not to use this accomodation provider as they will steal your money and ruin your travel plans and holiday. We spent over six weeks trying to get USD$955 stolen from us refunded after booked accomodation was not provided and cancelled without warning less than 48 hours before we were to fly into Honolulu. We sent twenty emails to this company requesting a full refund without a single reply being received. This organisation is pure evil and should be closed down. The “owner” has commented below. I did not book through Expedia. Beware this accomodation provider is a scam and you will lose your money."

"Shay far exceeds the definition of a caring property manager. Her professionalism, area knowledge, and caring attitude was appreciated beyond words. The Manhattan Club was the perfect location for exploring New Yotk City. Only a quick walk to Time Square, Theater District and so many restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed happy hours at the Owner's Lounge where the staff was the staff was incredibly friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Shay and The Manhattan Club to guarantee an satisfying NYC experience."

"The best view of the canal and the sunset each night. Quieter area and very relaxing. The amenities were nice. Beach was close by and BIKI rentals were perfect for exploring. The host, Shay, was extremely accommodating and accessible. We highly recommend this cute little condo rental."
