"Unfortunately the apt we stayed in had a mold smell. The next morning they were going to move us to another unit but at 8am about 50 people showed for the public pickle ball courts which are located at the tip of this property between it and the beach. The noise was so loud at this complex and at pool that we did not stay another night. Pickle ball can be played 8am-7pm. Also, there is a $175 cleaning fee but my husbands feet were dirty after walking through the unit, I do not recommend this place"

"Here is a general synopsis of my rating: 1) the TV in the living room is extremely outdated, remote hardly worked and the TV was very difficult to manage. 2) There is an AC in the unit but you must to go to the front office to inquire about turning the AC on for an additional $25 per day. 3) There were no trash bags, I had to go to the store and buy some. 4) The dust pan was tucked away under the sink, and when I found it, it was near check out time. Not kid friendly, and does not have modern updates. My kids left a few sunflower seeds in the drawer and the host was not content about it, she said I left the place very messy. Please be made aware that if you have kids, this might not be the best fit, also cleaning is an expectation. I was not set up to clean nor was made aware cleaning was required."

"The views were beautiful, but the beaches were not good for swimming or laying on. The place asked to remove shoes, and after walking across the floor, our feet were filthy. Is was not very clean. The bathrooms were tiny with the smallest toilets I've ever seen. They were like kindergarten chairs. The showers were very low. I'm 5ft 11in 190lbs and i could not stand under them. The Loft had no privacy at all. Also the loft bathroom had no door. This was problematic, as my wife turns in early, so when I went up to bed and brushed my teeth and got ready for bed I disturbed her. Also the noise carries to the loft very loud, it is louder in the loft than on the lower level. Also the air-conditioning is limited. There are 2 units in the bedrooms and they have a limit on them. So you can not turn the air down to a comfortable temperature. The beds were not comfortable at all. I woke up sore every morning. The beds are some sort of memory foam, first time sleeping on that style of bed, i wouldn't recommend. They did have a good supply of beach stuff, boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs, plus some snorkels. The pool is very small and usually full of children, understandably. I would not recommend staying at this place."

"We stayed in D building 3rd floor. Great views. Unit was not very clean. All linens, drapery need to be changed very dirty. Pull out sofa was also very dirty. Lots of roaches living in dishwasher. It’s expected but this the most I’ve seen on any of the islands. Grounds are nice parking is tight. If you get it for a good price okay but will not be returning to this location next year."
