"As a previous owner of A-205 I can attest without a doubt that these people, if you can call them "people" have to be the absolute worst pack of wolves to hit the property management arena. There is no aloha here so please change your company name to "pack of wolves property management Inc" They raised HOA fees from initial $445 a month to $625 in just 3 years time PLUS the fact that no one knows where that money is going towards since nothing gets repaired. They have this poor filipino guy working in all areas that should clearly be done by other specialist. They promised new asphalt in parking lot 2 years ago and nothing happened, the pool area is a disgrace (see pics) they lower the temperature to the hot spa in order to save $$$ in gas/electric. Communicating with them is like trying to have a talk with my 1 year old, they simply never respond. It's like they have their own little clan of "association pirates" that say or nay what is best for them and not the unit owners. It's no wonder everyone is selling these units and jumping ship. 7 units sold or selling in the last year alone :( And then you have the county of Maui raising taxes making it almost impossible to have any type of decent income from a short term rentals. They TAT tax, GET tax, property tax and just being there tax. We're just glad we got out while we could and made a handsome profit."
