"Kihei Garden Estate was easy to find. It had a prime location next to everything you would need or want. The beach was a 3 min walk. It had a shared pool. It also had a reserved spot to wash your car."

"Found a condo rental here for a ten day stay,pool and BBQ area with access to the beach a short walk away. Overall great location but a tad excessive on rules. Management knocked on the door due to a towel being left outside and were issued a warning. Lost damage deposit due to sand found in condo and apparently that costs $275 to sweep up, yet when I cleaned the place I found others belongings,press on nails,sock,receipts ect so I'm going to assume they just pull this on everyone."

"The manager of the condos is wonderful, lovely guy, very helpful. The beach is literally across the Rd so the location is also good but can't say anything else positive about this place. Trees being cut down, leaf blowers every morning, eventhough it was windy outside. I've never seen soo many rules to stay anywhere, which made it even more not fun. We were staying in B104 and the rules were extreme! Unless you love a load of pointless rules then this might not be the place for you. All around the pool there are more rules, first of which is no Marco polo. Funny because at the end of the long list, if you want to have any fun you should try the beach but all the signs around the grounds say that it's very dangerous! I'd go back to maui but I definitely wouldn't stay here again!"

"Walking distance to lots of stellar restaurants and shops. Lovely condo with a great pool. There's even a massive mango tree by the pool. If it's summer time, you can also eat your fill of mangoes! Everyone we met was friendly, including the two zebra doves who slept on our lanai."
