"Rented a condo here site unseen and couldn’t be happier after week one of living here. The concierge were friendly and happy to assist. The Property Manager has also been present and you can tell by the looks of everything they are a team who cares."
"I was hesitant about this place after reading all the old negative reviews, But after checking out all the surrounding condos, I wanted to see what the new constructed condo looks like. The management was very friendly and helpful. They also have gone through some changes in the past few years. It is not a rental complex anymore, there are condo owners and the building is actively being sold. The management seems like they are highly proactive when engaging with tenants like myself. I decided to move in here about 3 months ago and I love it here. There are no other buildings that I know of has pet frendly community like this. Our puppy gets greeted with treats everyday. The front desk is her favorite hang out. I was greeted warmly by the Building manager before I moved in. I receive a personal tour of the property which was really helpful in getting settled in. I was relieved to see that there were camera in the common areas and friendly staff acknowledging me when I walked in . I would highly recommend living here, great community. Great location. Just few minutes away from the beach and hiking trails. Love meeting new caring people in the building, modern design with safety feature definately puts my mind at ease, especially with the recent fire in condo few blocks down the road."
"My brother lives there. I helped him move in, great set up for moving in and out. I liked the dedicated elevator for moving. Amenities are very nice, lots of guest parking. He has the Studio/2 Bdrm combo unit which is unique, but don't care for the window placement. when you open them, no wind comes through. In the 2 bedroom the living room is small along with the kitchen space. Bedrooms and and full bathrooms are good sizes. Also don't care for the parking garage location from the building, but they do have shopping carts to put your bags of groceries in to wheel them to the building from the garage."
"DO NOT RENT HERE! Check other reviews to confirm MY review! Terrible, terrible, terrible is all I can say! 1.Car garage floods inside every time there is a lot of rain. Shoes/ slippahs/ feet get soaked before you get into your car. Get soaked when you get home, before you get into your luxury apartment. Management can not fix? That's what I've been told. SMH! POOR BUILDING DESIGN! 2. Dog relief area hardly taken care of (Clean up). Poo everywhere. Smells of dog urine and dog poop. Flies breed out there Management cannot do anything about it. Dogs are animals... WTH? 3. One of the buildings are luxury apartment rentals. Not! While the other building is for low income housing.Same property, same parking structure, same building styles/ room set up/ designs, etc. WHAT? LUXURY.... I'm paying how much more for use of a pool, party room, TV room... Anyone can access the amenities. They can and always will, do to poor security and building design. 4. Building has horrible air flow throughout! All units that the sun shines on get hot, stays HOT and does not cool until late, late, late in the night. AC's in units of poor quality and work like they are, POOR! Design of building not efficient or successful. Management: Cannot do anything about it. Of course not, can't fix a POOR DESIGN. . . SMH 5. Garbage chutes overflow muliple times weekly! HEALTH ISSUE!!!! Roaches, flies, rats and mice are Happy. Again, poor building design. Managements take on this one: We'll work on it... WHAT? They said they purchased additional bins. True, but someone has to be around to perform the function... REALLY? ...SMH... HEALTH ISSUE!!! 6. Clean up (Care of facility) Poor. Garbage blowing around, floors and appliances in party room dirty. Sanation issues throughout property. Management: Someone will get to it as soon as possible. Hours later. SMH 7. Pool & BBQ area not monitored therefore BBQs usually dirty. Pool has had to be cleaned many times due to human poop (kids) being found and reported. Because of lack of security non residents of property use this pool daily. Management: We'll get to it soon....WTH? Only positive point to be made. The property manager Sydney is excellent, kind and responsive, although her hands are tied she'll do the best she can. DO NOT RENT HERE.... DISAPPOINTED... Pictures nice but hidden issues!!!"
"Being a tenant here, I will say that I have experienced the worst customer service from the management and leasing office bar none despite the apartments themselves being beautiful. I would not want to live here longer than my lease is for, even if they lowered the price. Being a single occupant and paying $2275/mo for rent I would expect communication and friendliness to be better. At first, staff seems nice. And security really is honestly friendly (the only staff no one has a problem with). But the longer I have lived here the more I have experienced all-around poor communication, unwarranted flippant attitudes, and petty drama from staff as they get way too involved in the tenant's personal lives. I received an accidental email where staff has talked poorly about me to another tenant and after I complained to management, nothing was done. The apartments are being turned into condos and I cannot express enough how poor of a decision it would be to get involved in a contractual agreement with current management. If you do choose to live here, I pray that the owner changes the management and leasing staff ASAP for everybody's sake."
