"Dena is truly Awesome! She is definitely the best property manager I have had. She is a caring person who is professional and communicates quickly and effectively! We enjoyed living at Hobron Apartments for 2yrs because of the staff and the complex itself was always clean, safe, and in a great location. Maintenance was always prompt and helpful to fix any issues and Dena would roll up her sleeves too if needed to make sure things got done ASAP. Thank you Dena and Hobron Apartments!! "We have lived here almost a year and love it! Dena (the apartment manager) is fantastic and extremely quick to respond. Maintenance happens within a day or two tops. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and surf. Units are clean, updated appliances, no bugs, laundry room works great, and they allow pets! Very quiet, can't hear the neighbors at all. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the best and my favorite. Highly recommend!"
