"Just moved thank god. Th new leasing company is absolute trash. They no longer maintain the property (treating for roaches, basic cosmetic maintenance). Sally the leasing consultant is honestly the worst, her attitude is disgusting and the way she speaks to residents when bringing up issues is completely unacceptable. Just because it’s in kaka’ako in a convenient location doesn’t mean anything. The move out process is a scam. They forged my signature on a new lease that I never signed when I did my renewal process and conveniently email me a copy of this “lease” after nearly 9 months of asking for proof of this “new lease”. The move out process is ridiculous, they gouge your pockets, make you pay $40/h for a painter to come and paint, they charge you for a full 8hrs of work, they make you pay for carpet cleaning $30, and also require you to pay for a move out clean $231. So basically say goodbye to your deposit. Locations Property Management is by far the worst property management company I have come across in years. Honestly this place will be on par with Waena apartments on Vineyard within the next few years if things continue. 1 start only because of the location. 0 starts if I could."

"if I could give 0 I would. tried applying to keahou lane last year and the same thing happened a year later. if you're going to apply here just to warn you, process takes 4-6 weeks IF they review your application when they say they will. IF THEY DONT it will take ANOTHER 4-6 weeks after you berate them to check if they've reviewed your application. workers aren't communicative. I've been ignored at the door, left in the lobby without being helped while I had made eye contact with a worker (Sally), application was sitting in a folder for over a month not reviewed because their worker Michele was being blamed for basically being incompetent when she was the only communicative one. I would say don't apply here, but if you do, do it if you have 3-4 months to spare."

"I love the Down To Earth local organic supermarket here. They will validate parking for you. It looks at first like a store without parking, but once you find your way around, it’s quite convenient. There are also H-Mart (Asian supermarket) and other places that you want to look around while you’re here, including a park and wall-arts."
