"Was a loyal customer but on my ninth order they lost my business. I lacked a disposable in my order of juices and coils. Referred me to the insurance “ I did purchase” and they said if the package was not tampered its off their hands. So I go back to 8vape and they insist that they delivered a complete package. So after my 9th order they want to call me a liar? It was an envelope with about 3 juices and a box of coils. I think i would know if the disposable was in or not! Anyway just wanted to share. Im done with them."

"THE SHIPPING SERVICE THEY USE IS THE WORST. YOU CANT TRACK YOUR ORDER IN REAL TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT UPDATE. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS DONT KNOW HOW TO USE CALL BOXES ON BLDGS. NEVER KNOW WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED. I WAITED 3 days all day for delivery after chatting only to discover they returned my order because they couldn’t deliver twice. I was here all day waiting. The driver lied said he had no access due to gate. NO GATE HERE. Failed to Even ring my cell phone number which was on the delivery label as well as the call box at the front door. Horrible customer service. ORDERS TAKE FOREVER TO BE DELIVERED. GLS their shipping service is unbelievably bad."

"Was great company till i made a mistake on an order i cancelled the order and was notified that a refund would be issued! 3 weeks later and there has been no refund submitted to my bank but eight vape claims they refunded my money ive shown bank statements and proof their refund wasnt submitted and they just told me to contact my bank again! So theyre screwing me out of a $55 internet order DONT MAKE MISTAKES IT WILL COST YOU!"

"I've been waiting on a delivery update for a week now. The status has not changed from 'delivered' since the day I ordered it. Nobody has helped or given me an idea when I should expect it. This company does not care about their customers. P.s.: I have to be home to show ID upon delivery. When it's supposed to arrive is extremely important."

"DONT ORDER FROM HERE, NOTHING BUT HEADACHES!!! FIRST OFF THEY CHARGE FOR A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT AFTER WAITING 2 weeks when they are the reason it didn’t get delivered in first place & already paid a nice fee for delivery!!! I want to say if it’s too good to be true it usually is!!! I put an order in 2 weeks ago. I called courier service & yesterday & they said they hadn’t even received the package yet. When I look today it said they already attempted delivery!! Meanwhile I was having it delivered at work so someone would be here to sign for it!! The courier place claims the whole address wasn’t on their which would be 8vapes fault!! They tried to deliver it to an office that had moved!!!Like why would something be delivered there if it had previously moved…I am being told I have to pay for them to attempt a second delivery which means nothing changed on package & it would still be delivered to the wrong Suite when I have a screenshot/email showing I had put in correct address!!! I WONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM EITHER!!! I have ordered from multiple websites & never had this type of issue. I don’t know how they can charge double shipping fees that’s just wrong!!!"
