"They are terrible and biast. Chris is a piece of work - he always sided with the non custodial parent (who is also who was paying him). On multiple occasions he was disrespectful and lied. Sheila (whom my children had once per week) was horrible - once she met her own family at the park and didn’t supervise at all, she was always on her phone, trying to discipline my kids when their father wasn’t capable of. She went to the extent of telling me she thinks my son had ADD because he wouldn’t listen to her. She then proceeded to be a witness for the trial for my ex and during her subpoena when asked if she knew why the supervision was ordered in the first place the answer was no. However, she had already decided to side with the father even though she had no clue what brought us there in the first place. While the rest of the staff was OK and nice (and actually did their jobs) for us it was not great mainly because of Chris and Sheila. I’m happy it’s all over and we don’t have to go back and my children are finally safe."

"I am totally shocked that a business that is supposed to be a "SAFE PLACE" for families, is willing to jeopardize trusting families desperately attempting to get back to THEIR normalcy! This place does NOT follow their own guidelines! Even putting a minor child into a vehicle with an adult they are not familiar with after a "safe" visit! BEWARE!!!!!"

"How can you force a child of 2 1/2 to do a visit, when they clearly DON'T want to. Its traumatic to the child. I don't understand. I would hope the people there see that and keep records of the visit"

"very biased and unprofessional, did not treat us equally and sided with NON-CUSTODIAL parent on many issues. Supervisor was rarely present during in office visit and was clearly on NCP side. They do NOT abide by their own procedures and policy. Did NOT WEAR facial coverings as mandated !"

"Family First is the best place to get children reunited with parents, siblings, or a civil meeting place for co-parenting and exchanging kids. Today was my first visit with Family First and I cannot thank them enough for offering their services and providing an atmosphere that the Father of my daughter and I could agree on..everything went perfectly and I finally got to see my daughter after 5 of the longest months of my life. Today was filled with tears of happiness! Thank you Family First!!"
