I have yet to be there and them be out of anything. The glass being "full of cracks and bubbles" - to that I'd say - look around. The smoke shop is in the ghetto. Of course there will be cracked glass. And, well, if there are bubbles I'll keep the bubbles. I'd rather that than expensive cigarettes and mean employees."
