"Very Upset, I understand if an establishment doesn’t allow dogs, however I have a service animal. I walked all the way to this shop to grab incense to clear the energy in my home since I just experienced a loss in my family. I bring my service dog with me everywhere with me for my health benefits, she is well trained and knows her job to keep me safe incase medical issues occur. So with that being said I walked in the store grabbed what I was going to buy and was denied services and was able to check out and there was no one even in the store. This was very upsetting for me and hopefully in the future they learn to be more accommodating to people who have service animal’s because this was a horrible experience for me. I will not be coming back in the future."

"I thought the lady was informative. Until she felt need something that require batteries that she didn’t tell me about. I came back to get the batteries but then she showed so need the batteries and the charger. I asked her clearly did I only need the battery or did I need temple she said both. I spent an extra $30 on a charger I did not need because the product itself will charge the batteries. I tried to come back to return it the battery charger that I did not need she would not open the door nor help me and she said I cannot return it. I do not like that I have not used it I was missed lead and if this is true I’m never come here again and try to avoid others because if associate makes a mistake they should own it Edit: I apologize for adding the wrong location"
