"I purchased a Flum Float flavored vap and I should have taken it for a warning sign when the girl said “ make sure it works before you leave.” Long story short in 3 days it was barely working and by the 4th day it had completely stopped working. These usually last me around 3 weeks because I don’t smoke much. Don’t waste your money at this shop. They know something’s wrong with the products they’re selling but will still take your hard earned money! DON’T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!"

"My boyfriend and I went into this smoke shop for the first time a few days ago to buy 2 packs of cigarettes and 4 flumes. Upon buying the flumes, the cashier asked us to test out our flumes before we left the store to ensure that they were working. This stroke us as odd since we’ve been to plenty of other smoke shops and have never been asked to test our flumes in case they didn’t work. Nevertheless, we tested them all out and 2 of them (Fruity Hawaii) had a weird taste at first, so we tested them out a couple more times and they seemed fine so we got them and left. That night, my boyfriends “Fruity Hawaii” flume stopped working. Then the following day, my “Fruity Hawaii” flume stopped working. We both work so it was hard finding the time to go back to the store to explain what happened (they don’t have the stores number or hours online) we tried going back to the store on two separate days, but they were closed. Finally tonight we went back to the smoke shop and explained what happened. The receptionist said that they don’t do exchanges or refunds and pointed to a sign that said the same, so unfortunately there was nothing we could do. She then informed us that we could have kept the flumes packaging and scanned the barcode on the back to let the corporation know that they stopped working and get a refund/exchange. We never knew about that, and had never encountered this problem. Long story short, you probably shouldn’t buy flumes at this smoke shop!"

"We went in and bought a torch, we went home and tried to use it. It wasn’t hot enough to melt plastic. So we went back and she said no returns, that why she takes it out of box and shows the customer what their getting. She did not even take it out of the Box. VERY UNHAPPY"
