"I visited Tobacco Leaf Cigars recently, enticed by its high ratings, in search of a new cigar shop. Regrettably, my experience did not align with the 4.9-star reviews. The staff I encountered were noticeably condescending. For instance, when I inquired about an unlabeled cigar as to what it is, the reply was dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating “it’s a cigar.” Despite my few years of cigar experience and a genuine interest in expanding my selection, my attempts to engage in a meaningful discussion about medium-bodied cigars were met with either a lack of knowledge or an unwillingness to share information. This was disheartening, especially as I planned to purchase multiple cigars for friends. Additionally, I observed a significant price difference in their A. Fuente Rare Pink, which they had on display prominently in the front. Compared to what I paid just last week at a different shop, it’s a significant 50% more. This price discrepancy is worth noting for potential buyers. Overall, despite spending around $50, I left feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the store and aids other customers in their decision-making."

"Excellent place for all your cigars and tobacco needs. Insane amount of inventory and selection! Beat place in town hands down. They also have a customer smoking lounge where you can enjoy a cigar a watch TV/movies in the back! Refreshments are also available. Highly recommend!"
