"Extremely poor customer service! There was a taller man that was very rude to me when I walked in I said wow you have a lot of glass pieces in here he ignored that and asked what I wanted so I just walked to the vapes and said I'm just getting a vape, I was trying to look at what flavor vape I wanted because they didn't have the one I normally get I was looking for a second he asked me what do you want? I said one second please I'm trying to find one so I rushed and picked one. He told me there was a deal 2 for 40 so I just said I'd get two of the ones I wanted. I pulled out my ID because I'm 21 and I get asked every time he looked at me and said I need to see your ID though, I handed it to him and he looked at it for a long time. He asked me what the date was I told him I didn't know today's date so I looked at my phone and told him the date. He said how old are you? I said 21 he looked at my ID and looked at me with a little smirk and handed me my ID back. I said I can go somewhere else, then he started yelling that no it's okay and I just turned around and walked away and told him he was rude the whole time and I didn't need to explain to somebody that I'm finally 21! If you do the math if anybody born in 2002 they are 21 now‍ i gladly went to another place and they gave me a FREE vape as a promo like I've never heard of that before!! Thank god I turned around and went to a better place. Don't come here honestly he made me feel so stupid or like I was doing something wrong."

"I just don't do bad customer service. Every time I come in here you guys have new people and they don't practice courtesy as far as saying Thank you for patronizing your establishment. When there's 15 different smoke shops in the area, and had the nerve to be on a very loud phone conversation, how rude on to the next, smh"

"This is the Only shop I got to locally for my daily needs! Tyler is one of my favorite employees that work there. Man’s always got you covered and will go above and beyond to make sure your all taken care of with a smile! Everyone goes to the strip when the come to Vegas so you should def check this place out next time you go! Trust me they won’t let you down they have 2 locations in Vegas and are always open late and ready to help you out!"
