"If you have a moment, please read this. I feel truly blessed to have found this law group. I am an active-duty military member stationed in RI. I had recently been through a very dramatic and stressful divorce. I had been ordered by the court to use a specific QDRO attorney (who was to be neutral) for the preparation of my Qualifying Court Order for Division of Military Retired Pay. A few weeks ago, I received the prepared document for my review and approval. I did not have an attorney on retainer, so as I began to review the document it was easy to notice the incredible amount of additional language.
