"Do you ever read reviews and wonder if they are talking about the same attorney as the one you used? Reading these reviews, I wondered the same. Mr. Kind is a nice guy, and I won't argue that. However, I will argue that his office is poor at returning calls, communicating with the client, or letting the client know what is going on. I found, in my case, that I was begging weekly for my attorney to call to no avail. I also was told many different things in my case that ended up not being true in my settlement. I just don't trust what this office tells me anymore. If you want a nice attorney that may return your calls (if you're lucky), then this is the office for you. It really isn't anywhere I'd take my business again."
