Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip

"This hotel is located at the very north end of the strip. There are no restaurants or gambling at the hotel. I had to take Ubers to enjoy Vegas. I was there for a presentation and became a member while there but was still charged to $20 a day parking fee. I was there for 4 days. I asked about discount tickets to shows and what not and was told I'd receive my welcome packet after my presentation, the day before I left. My "gift" for joining the club? $200 rebate on any Hilton Hotel stay. I had just bought points to stay at Hilton hotels for free so this gift was useless. Honestly, I will not be staying at this hotel if I want the "Las Vegas" experience. Update on this review! I have called the number left in their reply 6 times. It sends me to the front desk of the hotel and they have no idea why I'm calling. They have checked my file and there are no notes. They transfer me to the marketing Dept and I go round and round back and forth between two sets of automated prompts in repeat. I have emailed as well with no response. Just a side note as well. The VIP package I purchased for $1795 is useless!! Promises made and not kept!! BUYER BEWARE!!"

"I was able to stay here with a friend who has a timeshare/grand membership and we were treated like royalty! Great services- from the pool, marketplace, and spa (Sean was a very top notch). This is a no cash resort so don't be like me and bring cash down. Great views from the top floor, it's right on the strip too so superb access to everything and close to the monorail. The pool is beautiful and hot tub is worth the dip. The spa has a steam room and Janelle gave me the BEST massage of my life! Well worth it after doing a half marathon."

"The employees were wonderful, warm, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is very clean and organized. I liked all the ADA approved grab bars and large-sized bathroom, but there was no place in there to put our toiletries. We used the kitchenette counter, across from the bathroom. The bed was wonderful and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool area."

"Would not recommend this location. Albeit that the room was a comfortable size (king with sleeper couch in living room area), the property is located on the north end of the strip and it gets very sketchy after hours. The Marketplace is limited. The pool area was nice. The service was great. No onsite recycling so the plastic water bottles that every guest gets for free every day goes to the landfill. We too purchased a promotional package for our stay which included the a timeshare presentation. Buyer beware. Can definitely fine lower cost, higher quantity accommodation elsewhere in Vegas."
