"No one has responded: 6 years ago, Pool Pro redid our old pool. We barely use the LED lights in the pool, but they are not working. Another repairman had to dig out the conduit in order to pull out the lights and replace them. We were not in town when Pool Pro built our hot tub. We asked for all natural stones around our hot tub, we got some fake stuff that looked very fake. We asked for an ON/OFF switch near the hot tub, we never got one. Instead, we have to use our cell phone to operate it. I gave up years ago on these guys. They didn't respond then, and they don't respond now. After spending then of over $120K for the pool and hot tub, and we didn't ask for too much. Just the two requests above. Never seen them again after they got our money."
