"Do not ever stay at this condo. The place is a fire hazard. We had numerous problems with electrical plugs. Wiring was very loose with lights working on and off at times. The kitchen had tiny bugs crawling in it. The washing machine was louder than a jet engine. The vertical blinds were falling apart and impossible to open and close. The TV was the size of my computer monitor. All appliances are old. Patio chairs were decomposing making them impossible to clean.. They don’t have a maintenance person on staff so repairs don’t happen."

"The one bedroom downstairs unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils etc. The condo was right across the street from the beach. The Texaco gas station being right next door made it a little noisy and also being on a main road. It did not have a dining set on the Lanai. We did not use the pool, as it was very uninviting. The portable air conditioning units were enough to keep the condo cool. There is no housekeeping services if you stay for one week. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We asked for an early checkin and we could not checkin until over an hour and a half after the regular checkin. The housekeeping lady was working very hard but they only had two where they generally have about 8. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted $100.00 hour for late check out. The twin beds in the one bedroom is completely shot. I fell out of the bed due to the one side of the bed having no spring the first night and having had two knee replacements could barely walk the next day. The rooms were clean but the noseeums were a pain to deal with. Location was great and we had a wonderful time at the beaches and our whale watch was great for being so late in season. Plenty of good places to eat."

"We are timeshare owners here and I've never been so disappointed. We've owned here for at least 20 years. The only time the condos have been nice is 20 years ago. We have had a horrible time getting time when we want it. This unit this time tops the list. It wasn't clean when we arrived, so much dust around the bed and outlet when I plugged my charger in it sparked. The carpeting in the bedroom is super old and worn through in places. It's so gross it actually crunches. Didn't take my slippas off in there for fear of catching something horrible. One small portable air-conditioning unit that doesn't get the upstairs cool at all. There's at least a 25° temperature difference and it's really hot up there. During the night on the 4th night the water stopped working. Not sure when it'll get fixed. The only good thing about this resort is that it is right across the street from the beach. Kamaole Beach Park 1, a great beach close to turtle breeding grounds."

"I hated it. No central air conditioning not a clean place to stay. They had a portable air conditioner in the living room very noisy can't sleep at night with the heat and the noise. The rest of the rooms have no air conditioning just fans that throw hot air. Shower had hair on the walls, refrigerator was dirty especially the door handle, all door handles were filthy the walls from the door were dirty, the teapot in the kitchen was rusted in the potatoe peeler in the kitchen was filthy. The pool in the picture does not compare to the pool we saw green pool. My pillowcase had stains on it. The stairway was not vacuumed and you can see hairs hanging on the stairs all the way up. The mirrors were not cleaned I had to clean my own mirrors. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
