"A great place for a kids with quick access to the pool and beach. This was our 4th visit to Kihei Beach Condos. We did notice that they’ve let the outside get run down a bit. The grass is brown and dying and there is a lot of exposed irrigation pipes in the front. Also, it’s pretty windy in this part of Kihei."

"Stayed here for 8 days through Alii Resorts. The condo was ground floor and just wonderful. Alii Resorts was very welcoming with check in information, checking in with us regarding our stay (there was a threat of hurricane weather that didn't happen) and even checking out, I felt like we were taken care of. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. Unit #107 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. There was everything needed to enjoy our time on Maui. The only thing that would make it better would be a washer/dryer in the unit. But that didn't hurt our trip at all. Kihei is a great little driveable town. Everything you need or want is within a short drive. This condo is right across the street from an ABC store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's shave ice. Ululani's shave ice is the best I've ever had. The ice is so fine and soft. They use real fruit puree in their tropical flavors and you can tell, it's delicious. That said, they are extremely busy everyday from the time they open. That's the best time to hit them up - right when they open. There is always a line and a wait after you order your shave ice. Sugar Beach Bake Shop is good too. Their malasadas are good. Their cheesecakes are divine! Get there early as they close up midday. I always love the ABC stores, and if I had known they were right across the street, I would not have packed much in my suitcase. I loved my stay on Maui and if you are thinking of booking at this condo, go directly to the Alii Resorts website to book. It will save you money compared to VRBO or other sites."

"Outstanding location. The condos are right by the beach (only a small strip of green grass between you and the sand). The locale is right across the street from the ABC market, a little bakery shop and a shave ice stand (best shave ice anywhere!). In my humble opinion, these condos are in the best location on Maui. Alii resort staff are friendly & very helpful! Aloha!"

"The condo was great. The location is super as it is central west and quick to go to snorkel or shop. Being right on the beach it was a delight to walk and swim and sun. A private lawn and pool and full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pans, pots. Some great thought was put into this accommodation. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was great. With 2 baths each if us could shower each day at the same time."

"We had such an amazing stay here at Kihei Beach Resort. This is centrally located as far as the different sights we wanted to see on the island. This is right on the beach with the most amazing of views. This is a more private beach which is also what we were looking for. The unit we stayed in was very well supplied with kitchen dishes, pots and pans, and other necessary items. The beds and showers were so nice and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back to stay here. Can't wait!"
