"Got a phone consultation with Mark. The response time to my inquiry was fast, and the receptionist was very friendly. But Mark was super rude over the phone. He made me feel like an inconvenience because I wasn't very knowledgeable in the law. When I asked him questions regarding obtaining information about my case he seemed annoyed (but then again it was a FREE over-the-phone consultation). He was very short with me and at the end of the phone call said "I'll send you a text.", and just hung up on me.
