"I had come the first time six years ago and decided to try it again and was not disappointed! Same vibe, drink prices and friendly staff. Over the course of a five day/four night trip I was here each day. LINDA was phenomenal and kept me well hydrated! She knew my drink order by my second visit and gave great conversation every time I saw her. There was another great bartender Thu evening but I did not get her name. Be aware there is ID check and you get wanded down when you visit but that is a great safety measure. Thursday afternoon the security guard thought he was giving me a thrill but I think it was the other way around!!! It may not be the place for everyone but I cannot think of anywhere else on the strip with an old school vibe of being able to drink, smoke and play cheap machines while enjoying the lowkey awesome atmosphere. "Great dive bar just a stones throw off the strip. It’s pretty no-frills, but you’re not going to find a $1 beer anywhere else in this city. They also cheap hot dogs which are very tasty. As a bonus, the staff were extremely friendly."

"Just crazy good value on drinks!!! Update: Wanted to give a quick story for my visit. This place definitely has a lot of culture to it. It's not your usual dive, and the characters here are pretty interesting (in a good way). Has a real nice blue collar feel to it. Sat and ordered a beer and shot of patron from the lovely bartender (forgot her name but she was a tall and tan brunette I think, and very professional). She was attentive and always made sure to come around and check if I needed another round. Made the experience very pleasurable. When I was finally done, I paid my tab and made my way to the door with my cup of water. I was greeted by security, who politely informed me that I couldn't go outside with it (my water) as they informed me it was against their policy. Bartender waived me back and gave me a bottle of water to go (a super clutch assist on her behalf if I may add). Btw the security out front (3 or 4 african or Caribbean dudes) were really awesome and friendly. They weren't even rude about it or anything and were totally professional. As I walked right back out (second time's the charm), security guys smiled and cheered as I raised my water to them with a nod of respect on the way out. I would highly recommend anyone to come and try this place out. I think you might like what you find."
