"I recently visited Susie's, a crafty beading store, and had an experience that left me feeling quite perplexed. An older woman, whom I suspect might be the owner, was at the helm, but her behavior left me questioning why the business was open in the first place. One incident stood out, where she changed the price of an item three times for a customer who was waiting in line. To make matters worse, she even candidly informed the customer that she could change the price as she pleased, adopting an "I can do whatever I want" attitude. What was more astonishing was that she increased the price when she found out the customer wanted the item, rather than offering any form of customer service. This not only reflected poorly on the store's professionalism but also created a sense of unease among myself and three other patrons. Overall, the visit left me with a sense of bewilderment and uncertainty about returning in the future."
