"The piercing I got was good, very quick and clean and seems to be healing nicely. It just would’ve been a better vote of confidence if it felt that all employees were on the same page. I could’ve sworn I was told I could come in a week later to change to a shorter piecing to help with the healing, but I was told by a different piercer that wasn’t true but she did it anyway. It would’ve been nice to be told definitively that I either misunderstood and can’t have the piecing changed or that yes it was fine. I also didn’t know the cost of the new earring until it was time to pay but I guess I should’ve asked, and I bought my own saline spray the first time since the business was out and I didn’t want to put off cleaning my piercing. Clearer communication would’ve been nice, esp since I don’t want to get a piercing and risk it healing incorrectly and just ending up with scab/scar tissue…"
