"Guy up front is very nice. They have some hard to find bourbons that are way overpriced. This store price gouges to the max. They had Eagle Rare bourbon for $99. Got it someplace else for $45. I like to shop local and liked the guy at the counter, but I won't be back or recommend this place. They would give me a military discount whenever I was there but then changed that to once a month."
"I was given a recommendation for a better bourbon based on what I brought to the register. I didn't mind the upsell as I like to try something new on occasion. He then made sure I got the manufacturer's rebate cards that brought the cost down to that of the original lesser bottles. This guy worked twice as hard, I spent the same amount, and I had a much better experience. Such a high level of customer service is rare and much appreciated!"
