"The service (from the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping) was next level. Everyone was so helpful. The rooms were nice. The bathrooms were excellent. One block over from the beach. Great location also! Free water bottles and the way our rooms were always left immaculate when we returned by housekeeping took things to the next level."

"Wonderful experience for our very first stay in Hawaii. We arrived just before midnight from the airport and front desk staff welcomed us and sent our luggages quite fast with a valet service. Despite couple of issues with the room condition and noise in first night we are extremely satisfied about the room and the service. Quality at best value. The swimming pool was just perfect size to enjoy and the jacuzzi as well. Special thanks to manager Mizuho, she is absolutely awesome. She tried her best to help us and we can't thank enough. Thanks again We highly recommend"

"The hotel is very nice and modern. Everything is new and in good condition. The location is very central close to everything. I stayed in the ocean view room for 6 nights. The view is very pretty, and you can see Friday night fireworks from my bedroom balcony. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay, which I really loved. However, for me, they still lack some 4-star service."

"We chose the Halepuna over the Royal Hawaiian and we were not disappointed. It’s not the Pink Palace of the Pacific however it is a very nice relaxing hotel that is not “Busy.” We were looking for something more relaxing and quiet this time and we were not disappointed! The staff is amazing and always willing to assist you with anything needed at any time. Location is great for walking as everything we enjoy is within walking distance to the Halepuna. Also no resort fees and the pool/hot tub are amazing and were never crowded. Just to be clear we love the Royal Hawaiian, just wanted to try something new and this place is Wonderful!"

"Stunning hotel in a great location! Short walk to the beach and tons of shopping and restaurants. The service was fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us plan excursions. Room was smaller but beautiful, clean, and had a nice view. The rooftop pool and hot tub are beautiful with a view of the ocean. Bar included and plenty of lounge areas. The whole floor that the pool is located on has plenty of places to change, relax, charge your devices, etc. on checkout day when you no longer have your room and waiting for your flight. I hope to be back!"
