"-I was recommended by a friend to go here since she's had good experience. The lady listened as I explained how and where my ring got chipped. She handled my ring with care and immediately told me that the back of my band was way too thing and she could make it thicker and patch thw chip without ruining the design. She gave a good quote and said that it should fixed in a couple.of days. She took down my info, put my deposit and sure enough i get a call and its done. She polished it, should me my receipt and ensured it fit. My ring was all good and beautiful. Sure theres a little splotch where it shows that she fixed it but its no biggie or really noticeable. I had good, quick service and she's so sweet."

"just bought a brand new pendent for my chain but the part that goes from the pendent around the chain didnt fit cause the end of the chain was to big but fit around the chain part i just bout the chain payed 2,000 for it and to spend another 300 on the pendent and the owner squeed the end of my chain to make the end of my chain smaller to fix the problem without asking me if its ok and now i have a dented chain. she said she found a new part that would fit the chain fine but in reality she didnt change it she just dented my chain to make it fit"
