"DISHONEST!! BEWARE!! I purchased 4 pieces of jade jewelry from City Jewelry in Kaneohe. The owners promised me that the jade was real, authentic and not chemically enhanced. In other words Grade A. I paid a high premium thinking I was buying real jade. I happened to be in another jade shop when the owner said my pendant looked fake. He examined it and said the pendant had spidery veins indicating it was colored artificially. I immediately went back to Tony and asked him to write Grade A on my receipts or a guarantee of authenticity. He refused. He said the guy he bought the jade from told him it was Grade A but he wasn't certain. If you're not sure the jade is real then how can you sell it like it was real? I asked for a refund. He said he would charge me a 20% restocking fee. When I demanded my money back he called me a liar and said the jade wasn't from his store. I am filing a consumer protection complaint for deceptive business practices and a police report for fraud. What City Jewelry did is a crime."
