"Brand new target now open on the windward side. Beautiful store 2 stories, they have an expansive Starbucks located on the lower level entrance on the North side. Everything is bright and clean. To find sale, ads you need to download the target app and view the sales flyer online. They do not provide printed sales ads. Also, you can access the store from both ground level and upper level parking areas."
