The Diamond Fairy

"Bought 22" sterling silver chain with gold overlay and CZ. Upon inspecting the chain, I noticed several CZs were missing which the male representative assured me would be fixed at no charge were I to buy. After purchasing, I overhear him asking his boss (dark-haired female) about it and she says $70....*sigh* So he comes back and proceeds to tell me I need to pay to fix an already damaged item I just bought "new" supposedly. I almost lost it. I loudly explained how we just talked about me not paying a thing. Why would I buy something and then pay to fix it?! That alone told me everything I needed to know about what kind of shady business they ran. His boss finally said they'll fix it for free, I think mostly because they had customers and didn't want to cause a scene. Anyway, fast forward a few weeks, worn it 3 times, and another 2 CZ have fallen out. Save your money and don't buy that junk. Go to more reputable establishments."
