"I had just gotten back from JHL Jewelry at Pearlridge. I made a purchase of a rope chain that I had wanted for a while. This one oriental aunty who works there was very nice, helpful, and considerate. I was not sure if I would be getting the chain todays because of how much items like that have sky-rocketed in price in todays time. However, she gave me and my mom a great deal and I truly appreciate that and her. Great place, lots of selections to choose from, and staff are very kind! Mahalo again to that aunty who helped me today!"

"The law in HI said refund policy must be conspicuously disclosed at the time of sale. If the policy isn't properly disclosed, merchants are required to provide refund. I came back almost immediately to refund and she surprised me saying she don’t take refund, even after she told me she does. She was so sneaky and covered the receipt when she wanted me to sign the it saying I needed to sign because it was a card purchase which is normal. But in this case her agenda was to deceived and trapped people lots of money and say gotcha sorry really? The worse part was that She and the men back there should also be investigated because she placed my ID and card perfectly aligned on her counter like to give him a good view to record through their cameras which made me uncomfortable until today. What are their intentions to store my card and ID. A legitimate store wouldn’t do that and wouldn’t hide their refund policy on thousands or hundreds of dollars prices of jewelry. Greedy and shady. Yes, most of her product looks fake!! Barefaced crook and appear suspicious activity with people card and ID. Please be careful, not sure why her sweet talk shouldn’t be enough to get someone to buy but they on another level."
