"I hate having to refill my prescriptions at this pharmacy and I’m switching over soon. I literally dread calling everytime because they are always so rude and short with me half of them have attitude problems. I just got off the phone with one of the ladies that work here, and I kid you not she hung up before I could’ve even finish our conversation…. Plus they are not very good at giving updates for when your prescription is ready. Like I said, I’m switching to a new pharmacy asap!"
"I love going to this pharmacy. Not only are they always fast in getting any prescriptions ready but they always go above and beyond. My medication isn’t in? No problem they’ll find someone who has it, let me know and transfer it. The best part about coming here though is the employees working. Love going in to chat with them, just a great group of people."
"Don’t use this pharmacy if you want to get your medication on time. Use their service if you don’t mind getting your Prescription after a week! They will also give inaccurate information about your prescription status. They repeatedly told me that My son’s Doctor never sent the prescription, when in fact they received it, didn’t have the medication in store so they failed to inform me or the doctor. They don’t care about any patients! And my bad experience with this pharmacy is more than once!"
"So I love this Pharmacy, ever since the pandemic hit its been a life saver. The pharmaceuticals are cheaper here with the Smiths membership as well the convenience of a drive thru and the staff is marvelous. Although I think it's time for them to place a sticker over there old Pharmacy hours sign since this makes them look like a joke. I understand they're busy but management needs to do something about all of these extra signs."
