"Not only did "Dr." Yeh not listen to my concerns during our initial consultation (which I waited over 2 months for), he talked over me and would not answer my questions or provide recommendations for bettering my condition. Because he failed to listen to my concerns, he recommended an illogical treatment plan. He also kept touching my abdomen to explain where I was experiencing MY pain. I think I know where my own pain is localized...and I can read a diagram of the digestive system just fine. Additionally, I had to wait for over an hour to see him. At the end of the consultation, he could not be bothered to even say "goodbye." I would not recommend "Dr." Yeh to anyone unless they want to waste an afternoon being disregarded. You would have an easier time getting two words in as a guest on "The View.""
"Very rude man. I will not be returning to his office. He refused to explain how to treat my hemorrhoids inside of my colon and seemed to have tunnel vision. He wasn’t interested in telling me how to treat my symptoms."
"I don't think Dr. Yeh was listening to me in our initial consultation visit, that should have been my first clue, day of the procedure, he did not say one word to me, not even a hello. very poor bed side manners in my opinion. Procedure was done 3/2/18, today is 5/2/ 2018. I still don't have the results of the procedure, after a couple of calls from me I still do not have a follow-up appointment on schedule as if test never happened. what a waste of my time and day."
"Dr. Yeh is really great. Kind and patient, he listens and gives you 100% of his attention. Finally a doctor with a sense of humor. You may have a bit of a wait, but you will be glad you did. I would highly recommend Dr Yeh. His office staff and the doctors and staff at the Henderson surgery center are really great to. Thank you Dr Yeh and staff or all of your great work and kindness."
