"Appt. was at 10:15. They called us back at 12. I asked the girls a question at the front and they were irritated that I interrupted their conversation. I called back later that day to schedule a new appt and was on hold for 17 minutes. Unfortunately, because this is the most convenient place to come that takes my insurance I am stuck with people that never grew up learning respect or courtesy from their parents, and a business that runs their patients like a cattle call.a smile and 10 seconds of your attention goes a long way! Just a shame that this is our world today and the people contributing to the ignorance in the world have no idea it's them. Shame"
