"Very disappointed in the way my family and I were treated the last time we went. The first time was amazing, I took my 2 toddlers for their first cleaning, the hygienist was amazing & so was the dentist. Unfortunately the next time I went with my husband & other daughter for the orthodontist and it was absolutely unacceptable. First of all their camera wasn’t charged so they took pictures on the office IPad and the gal couldn’t hold it so I offered to help. Those didn’t work so they had to use a personal cellphone. The other & worse issue was the fact that I provided my insurance over the phone before coming and that wasn’t inputted. When I got there the front desk asked me for it again, no problem I gave it to her. My insurance covers this service! After the camera issue another person came to discuss payment. She left the papers and I realize they STILL didn’t input the insurance, when I asked her why she said the girl upfront said we didn’t have insurance. I guess she didn’t care to look at my insurance card or she sized us up and decided to take it upon herself and discriminate against us. Whatever it was was extremely offensive and unacceptable. I wasn’t going to leave a review but it’s Tuesday of the following week and no one’s called me to follow up on the insurance nor even offer an apology for this awful situation. But I am a very positive person and look at it this way, I’m glad this happened because I’d rather go to a better place that will respect us and that deserves our business. Both myself & my older daughter went to leaver & Gardner before we moved but is super far. They are absolutely amazing, first class patient care and amazing results."

"I took my son today for his first dentist appointment. Dr. Kim and her hygienist were so kind and patient with him. I cannot recommend this place enough—especially if you have children that are nervous about going. The office is so bright and cheery as well. Highly recommend!"
