"I am absolutely mortified at this doctor Kristine Estrella. Wonderful staff, beautiful office. HORRIBLE CARE. I brought my child in for a cyst that was causing awful pain and he couldn’t sit or stand without issue. She said she couldn’t help us there we need to see a surgeon. She wrote the # on a post it. No referral nothing. Ok fine. The surgical center asked me what instructions we were given - we were given NONE! Just antibiotics - I then get the office notes for the surgeon and this doctor LIED! She wrote that my son had no issue sitting or standing, that she gave us home care instructions and worse she didn’t even write down that told us to go TO THE SURGEON! She wrote that she advised us to return if it got “more red”. All LIES. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the board, and my insurance for this blatant gross negligence and lack of care of my child!"
