"I was charged $110 for a consultation only to be told they couldn’t schedule the diagnostic test I needed until August and then after I complained they gave me a date 5 weeks out. I literally have to start this entire process at a different facility so I asked to be refunded as a courtesy due to the fact I didn’t get the diagnosis I needed which is what I came for after having been referred by the urgent care doctor who didn’t charge me because they couldn’t test me. This clinic didn’t bother to be as considerate. Try enduring weeks out having a terrible stomach issue. Will be going elsewhere."

"First visit with a PA, he was more worried about his looks than the visit. Wait time was greater than the actual visit 5 minutes schedule for procedure that was canceled the first timed by the doctor. Second time after all thr prep the doctor could not arrive on time and was pushed back for 2.5 hours. No consideration for his patients. Had to have someone to take me home but that person had to go to work. Inconvenient to have to have him call out. Needless to say after the prep I had the procedure but he will not be seeing me again. You want me to be an hour ahead but you can't be on time?!?!"

"Dr. Nelson was great! I wish all of my doctors were like her. Having a female GI for the first time ever was awesome. She was very easy to talk with during my visit."

"First time, I was surprised that I was moved to another room quite quickly. However the ensuing wait was over an hour on chairs so hard it made you tell the truth! However, Nicole Nelson was able to soothe the beast that can come out with such an extended waiting time. They were busy I see that. She was also able and the people up front helped as well to get my procedure done in April instead of July so coodos to all involved on this."

"First impression is everything. When I first walked into the office, the front desk person or receptionist, or the patient coordinator. Whoever she was, she didn’t greet or say good morning. The MA was okay, but it would be better if she could greet people with a smile. The doctor was super friendly and helpful, and she came in with a smile. The ladies at the front desk need a customer service 101 class."
