"Good location, nice doctors/techs, and front office. Zero stars for a clueless referral department. First they sent the wrong referral over for a sleep study. Than they said they’d send the right one over. They didn’t. Than every time I call to check on it, someone says they’ll call me back that day because they’re busy, and they don’t. After a fifth call should I give up? How do these people still have jobs? Update: gets worse. No one will contact me about getting my sleep equipment. Been months."
