"Doctor Reiner takes the time to actually talk and Listen to his patients. Waiting times are very reasonable. I recommend this medical facility. Some of the negative reviews on Dr. Reiner are unfair. They are posted by malcontents and/or "Relatives" of patients that complain about the same things that are endemic in the entire medical field."

"I’m writing this on behalf of a family member. I’ve never seen this doctor, and thank God I haven’t. From other reviews I’ve read, Dr. Reiner seems quite shady. I understand it’s only word of mouth and I can’t prove anything, but from what my family member has experienced, I wouldn’t put certain things past him. He is very unprofessional, rude, never listens, shoots the breeze with his patients, causing other patients to wait a ridiculously long time for their appointments. He stares at my family member which makes them uncomfortable, and he does NOT keep appointments. I’ve seen my fam member far too many times now waiting and waiting and waiting for him to call, and he never does. Then they finds out he’s “busy” with other patients HOURS after he was supposed to have called them, or the one time he had to take a flight somewhere, supposedly, just totally blowing her off. Yeah, real professional. Everyone in town wants nothing to do with him, from what I’ve heard. You can never get anyone to answer the phone, either. No one ever calls back. There are far too many “doctors” out there that are exactly like this. Frankly, this is probably the worst service she has ever had."

"I waited a month for my new paitent appointment. I called 3 days before to reconfirm my appointment since no one called me only to find out they canceled my appointment and werent going to call me. She then tried to schedule me another month out. I only go to the Dr when somethings wrong not for a general check up so them resecduling every other month is not ok. It's not a good business practice."

"My Father was under Dr Reiners care for less than 6 months. In that short time, my Dads health declined so much so that he became unable to care for himself. In addition to the lack of care, trying to reach a staff member of this office is close to impossible! Every time I call, I get voicemail. Horrible service."

"Never met Dr Reiner but I am a patient of Mrs. Lentz she is so sweet and amazing!!! Very caring listen doesn't judge and helps with your promblems. She always let'e know her door opened if I need anything haven't found a compassionate Dr in so long. And I feel safe with her like my business not going to go around the office."
