"Before I could even see a provider here, I overheard the providers loudly laughing together at my diagnosis in the hallway while reviewing my chart, repeatedly referring to my case as weird or “getting to deal with the really wild ones”. I have never experienced such horrifying medical trauma as a person suffering with a disabling chronic illness. These medical providers are incredibly unprofessional and will openly disclose and ridicule patients illnesses."

"My mom is a patient here. I came with her to her appointment. Me being a medical professional i would not recommend this place! The office staff is very unprofessional. While sitting in the waiting room AMBER the front desk lady was cursing like a sailor. The wait time in lobby was over 1 hour. The girl that came to do a test on my mom looked homeless and dirty. No professionalism at all. Hopefully the provider and the office manager take action!"

"Doctor Lentz is great. But I give 2 starts to this facility because they don't make patients life easy at all. You need to pay by cash, they don't take cards. I had to wait 1h30 before seeing the doctor just so she refills the prescription I have for years. Then, if you want to get ahold on the doctor because you have some questions about your prescription, then you have to go there. I tried to have an answer by phone but the front desk redirected me the call to a phone that nobody picks up. I called 4 times, leaving voice mails each time and asked to be called back, but they didn't care. After few weeks, I decided to personally go there to have an answer on a really simple question. Won't come back to this facility."

"Melanie is very thorough and is going out of her way to try to find our what is going on with me. They do tend to run behind a lot bit they take the time to listen to their patients. I would have given them 5 stars of I didn't always have to go into the office for every little thing. Every refill, lab results, etc."
