"Zero customer service from staff in general. I don't think they really care about following up after test results, and it took 2 weeks to get a refill, even if I complied with my part in providing them with all their requirements. Getting referrals completed takes forever. If I call, they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes, or they just hang up on me. They have a text message service, but they respond with an attitude. A young assistant was really rude to me. I had never seen anything like this before. I wanted to talk to a supervisor, they said they would call me back. They never did. I got a different RN every time I went. No consistency nor good service from anyone. It seems like they don't care. Two month update: I requested a refill for my asthma inhaler, and they said I have to make an appointment for it. I told them I was there two months ago and that it is in my chart that I have asthma, which is nothing new. Still, they insisted they don't refill without an appointment. It is obvious they want to make money out of making people go to see them over and over again. My previous doctor would give me refills, and I would see her once a year for my physical."

"I have been bringing my mom to melanie lentz for the last year and she is one of the best, most thorough and greatsst providers i have ever seen!! she genuinely cares about the people she takes care of and doesnt just herd them in and out for $$$, she takes her time and listens and remembers detail! one time she had even called after my moms appointment to check on her after we had an emergency issue and went by ambulance to the ER. There are some negative reviews on here but they reflect nothing on the actual care of the provider !!! Melanie caught my moms cancer and literally saved her life. We had it removed before it got worse. I really thank god for sending her into our lives!!! Also this office is still new, so there are kinks they are still working out when it comes to their staff, and the past few months there have been changes in the staff so all the ppl leaving negative reviews need to remember everyone has to start from the beginning and even the best and most successful businessss only became that way through the bumps in the road and the learning experience. They have all been great to my mom, and the front desk staff- while they seem young and a bit inexperienced / maturity issues, i think its great that melanie is actually kind enough to give them a chance to get their foot in the door and get experience and work in a field like this. In today world, it is so hard to find a job when nobody will hire without X amt of years of experience and you cant get experience without being given a chance at the job and it is so nice to see providers like Melanie that actually care about the people and giving these younger staff the chance to get that experience and hVe a REAL job is so awesome. Maybe because i am just old now and taking care of my mom the past 3 years has really showed me how to value life and not be so bitter about things….. but if people could just be kind and remember, you go there for the care from a provider and melanie is the best handsdown and if you do have any concerns about the staff tell her because she will handle it immediately. Thats just how she is!"

"Poor follow through. Was diagnosed with something only a vascular specialist could determine my condition but yet freely released me back to work. Over charged me when my insurance deductible had already been met. Had to reach or get returned calls when important issues needed to be addressed. Hires outside contractors the touch women inappropriately while doing imagining. Complete money grab. Charged me $75 to fill out disability paperwork whe. My new, current dr said that was horrible and would never charge that. Spent over 4 weeks trying to get issues resolved but yet dueing my 1st appointment with my current primary care, they had everything done in 1 day!"

"Quality service is lacking. Paula Wabsis will give minimal attention to detail. She will hand out a lot of referrals, and not follow through, with any of the results. I had 2 separate appt, to go over test results. I was charged my co-pay, but then I was told they didn’t have the test results. So, not only did I waste my money, I also took off work early, and still do not have any answers. I called several times, as well, and was left on hold for over 30 min. I would really like to know the cause of my ailments, but…..no answers. Come on, Pahrump, where can I go for decent care????"

"Melanie is one of the kindest, most empathetic people I have ever met. I’ve known her a long time, and she has always made sure I know that she’s there for me as a provider. She listens extremely well and genuinely cares. I would highly recommend seeing her."
