"Nice customer service"

"Horrible customer service. I asked to have fresh coffee because the coffee decanters weren't enough to make a medium cup if combined. The gentleman stated that they don't make fresh coffee after 9am (it was 845am) and proceeded to mix all 6 decanters into one. The gentleman then states that now I have a full cup of coffee."

"If I could give it a zero star I would I went in there and got a hot dog I feel I should get a refund due to the hot dog being cold the guy that was working should have been changing the food that was on the grill I wouldn't suggest doing anything from the store and expecting it to be fresh"

"Very dirty store with peddlers outside asking to exchange cash for food stamps or change, or cigarettes. No thanks 7-11 on E Sahara, plenty of other stores to go to."

"customer service here used to be fantastic, but it's changed in the last few months. The woman that always seems to be working is rude, and has a chip on her shoulder for some reason. She's gruff at best, but if you have any interaction at all, like mentioning when you've been charged it the incorrect price for something, it's angry and rude. now I pull in, and if I see her at the counter I leave and head to another 7-Eleven down the street. It's that bad. Management really should look into this -- if they spent any time at all watching her they'd understand."
