"CONSUMER WARNING CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!! Yesterday my husband went to this store to buy Excedine for $4.87 and he used his debit card then last night we were eating dinner and got a bank alert for a cash withdraw for $100 from another 7eleven with my debit card. There is a new cashier there and my husband went back to thr store to let them know there is fraud going on the cashier just laughed at him. We had been going to this store for over 7 years with no problems and will no longer bring business here. We reported it to our banks fraud department."
"RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! This morning I went into the 7/11 at about 5:20am. I saw another person in the store, smiled and headed to the back to get my drinks. I came back up to the register and placed my drinks on the register. No employee was to be seen in the store. I walked over toward the back room and did not see anyone. After a few more minutes of waiting the gentleman that I saw when I entered the store came from the drink cases and went behind the counter. He was not wearing a uniform. He was wearing jeans and a white and black plaid shirt with a black hat on backwards. I said good morning and was ignored. I replied with I guess not. Still no response. He scanned my soda and gave me a total. I advised that I also need 4 packs of cigarettes. He walked over to the cigarettes took all 4 packs out of the holder and placed 3 on the back counter and brought one to the register. He scanned the pack of cigarettes and then scanned something under the counter and gave me a new total. I asked about the remaining cigarettes and was again ignored. By now I was so flustered that I did not even remember to enter my phone number to get the rewards. I inserted my card and before my transaction was even complete the man walked away. I asked him for his name and he grabbed the pizza pan and went to the back room. I walked back and again asked for his name and he ignored me. By now another customer had entered the store. I wished him good luck and left. I have tried to reach out to the store several times today but the phone number on the receipt is answered by a fax machine."

"I’ve never been more disrespected by an Owner of a franchise than I have been today. I have to make this public. The Owner, who’s name is Jackie (A skinny Asian man) was by far the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever seen in a 7/11. I first asked if he could refill the french vanilla coffee machine, he was annoyed by that and made and comment saying “I don’t think it came on the truck this week but i’ll check.” Upon further investigation he was able to find the powdery refill and when he had finished filling I thanked him and he walked off completely ignoring me. My second interaction in the same day not even less than 2 minutes after filling up my 3 coffees and grabbing a donut I proceeded to the checked out counter where a girl named LiLi (she was hispanic and looked to still be in training) was ringing me out. I wanted to use my $3 in 7/11 points and on their computer system it wouldn’t discount my order it kept re-routing me back to the main screen. I asked her if she could call over her manager Jackie. Who which was incredibly rude and didn’t bother to help. He stated “Oh there is nothing we can do about this, you need to call this number” He then proceed to print a receipt and slammed in on the counter pointing at an 1-800 number. I was immediately disappointed and was confused as to how he was unable to help me. I’ve never worked at a 7/11 but i’ve been to enough to know you can definitely do something to fix it. He had no interest in helping me and was more cornered with whatever he had going on in the back of the store. Upon my departure he yelled profanity and racist comments. I had honestly had it by that point and left. I called the store after to get names of both of them so everyone is aware. I have also contacted 7/11 corporate about the matter as well."
"These people here are rude! And refused to accept my tmobile Tuesday offer even though their location was listed as a participating location that I went out of my way to get to. The manager and 2 cashiers treated me like I was some bum on the street! I get it this is the east side of Vegas and they see plenty of shady characters around but I'm a hard working person who was taking advantage of an offer. Maybe they side eyed and gave my dirty looks because I was wearing a cannabis shirt cause they sure were friendly up until they saw the shirt."
