"Literally terrible service I put my money into machine to air up my tire the machine was missing the tip so I could not put air in my tire and then the lady at the counter refused to give me my 2 dollars back, I know it’s just two dollars but that’s as the only change had with me at the time. If their air machine does not work they should have put up a sign or something, now my tire is low in air and I don’t have time to run home to get change before work! What a bummer huge let down!"

"This place is run down nothing works right and owner/ manager is rude to customers and his own employees. Most of the shelves are half empty. Go down the street to sunset a pecos same brand store is clean everything works and the shelves are fully stocked. All staff is wearing a 7/11 shirt so you know they work they, don’t have attitude and say hello when you walk in. This place has lost my business and I hope after reading this review yours as well."

"Never thought I see modern day racism upfront til the other day. Gentleman at the counter has been nothing but nice and generous! The rest of these. Shbonna or how they call her “sopy” first off is COMPLETELY useless, has an attitude for days, seems to be working more with talking with her coworkers than actually help someone … to top it all off…Employees will LITERALLY do nothing but watch you on the cameras and have the nerve to have an attitude with every customer….obviously it’s a family business but the ONLY BLACK guy that works there doing EVERYTHING (which seems to be a trend it’s definitely not my first time being there)…it’s very disheartening do better"
