"O STARS My husband and I stopped by the Rebel to purchase gas and tobacco products. The employee Kelvis slammed my credential. When that took place ,I then asked for his name. He screamed and said he does not have a name. I refused to spend my money at any establishment in which the "employee" treats a paying customer in that matter. I then asked the other employee if the cameras provided audio as well due to the unruly conduct of the employee Kelvis. I then dispatched LV Metro to respond to the store for this incident. Kelvis' behavior was unwarranted and uncalled for. While awaiting for LV Metro, Kelvis walked outside of the store and still became verbally abusive, antagonizing the situation even farther. By far the worst experience EVER. An email to corporate has been submitted as well."

"Some of the workers are rude and have an attitude problem like they don't want to be there also they close every night about an hour around 10:00 or 11:00"

"They have a deal for PBR cans 2/$2 each. But my receipt showed I was charged $5.99 each for PBR 6 packs. I went to the store to have it resolved and the manager said "sometimes the pricing in the store is for items are wrong, also you left the store with the product so there's nothing we can do." At least try and resolve the issue. Y'all literally charged me $10 more than what I was supposed to be charged and they didn't seem to care at all. Guess I will avoid this store for now on."

"I go in once every night during the grave yard shift because i live so close. For the pas 2 weeks no mask has been properly worn. Employees touching their faces without hand washing protocol. They let random girls and guys hang out all night not wearing a mask and touching everything. I will now go to 711 because i fear of getting covid from rebel. Side note does it really take from 10pm-1145 for a shift change because the door is locked at 10pm and the sign says its shift change untill 1145?? 1hour and 45 min shift change is bad for business."
