"The Car Wash is mostly the reason that I visit. I have been to 12 locations and this one happens to be the most unique. Love it again and I would come back to see it in action just the Basic wash alone was worth it. Love it to pieces. If I owned a wash I would use this same system. I love Touchless car washes."

"Customers are allowed to come make lies about the employees and that's not right. A review was made about me being rude and needing to be retrained, what want told was the disrespect from these customers. This guy comes in, wants backwoods but doesn't have his ID, I told him I needed to see it so he asked his mom to get them which she couldn't do because he asked for them. As he was going to get his ID he called me out my name and at that point I refused his service. I finished his mom's transaction at which point she began cursing me out. Then the sister comes in and I didn't know she was his sister. I never called their mom old but I did ask them to leave the store because they were causing a scene. While ringing up the sister she calls me out my name and threatens me so I refused her service, at that point she goes outside to get her phone and take a picture. In the picture I was on the phone with my boss who heard all the commotion, when they refused to leave the store I called the police who also heard the commotion. The next day cameras were reviewed and I did nothing wrong or said anything inappropriate to these customers."

"My brother was getting backwoods and he did not have his ID, when he went out to get it he said something under his breath pertaining to it being hot and him not wanting to get it.. when he came back with his ID she refused service for absolutely NO reason . My brother did not agree with it then asked for corporates number. I was still in the back getting snacks when it happen, when I walked up I noticed she was talking smack to my mom calling her an “old lady” I went to ring up my snacks & she rang up every snack then had the nerve to say she refused my service . SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVE US A HARD TIME FOR NO REASON. She told us she was manager but her tag read assistant manager trainee.. she def needs to go back to training and watch how she talks to people."
