"I never thought I would have to write a review like this. My 16 year old son who frequents this gas station on his way home was attacked by two employees today. While trying to buy a tea and some cupcakes. He then called back to get corporate’s number and they cussed at him and hung up the phone. We go to this store frequently and Michelle one of the managers is amazing! I truly cannot believe these employees did this. Worst part is he had his money in his hand where they could see it the whole time. Yet treated him like he was a thief or going to rob them. I pray they watch the cameras and both these employees are fired immediately. I am awaiting a response back from corporate now and will update this once I hear from someone."
"Went in for gas a few days some employees were not in the best mood by their conversation yet one lady named shanta I think was her name absolutely awesome she is new as I saw her the day before but knowing this seeing her help her coworker was just a sight for sore eyes keep hiring the positive ones and I hope she will stay because I'm a regular here and the workers don't seem to stay long so big shout out and thank you to Shanta my new favorite ❤️"
"It's advertised as 24 hours but go there early in the morning between the times of 1am and 4am and you'll find the front door locked, a line forming outside, and nobody behind the counter. This has happened countless times, and I gave my business to AM/PM down the street. Whoever works graveyard shift is probably sleeping in the back or something. The owner can't be happy with the amount of business he's losing, then again maybe they don't care, who knows?"
"Horrible customer service. Some idiot named Dustin, who to be fair, seems a bit slow, would not exchange a defective propane tank. The knob would not turn and when I returned the tank, still full, he said I would have to call Blue Rhino to get an exchange. Don’t sell it if you’re not going to stand behind it. Dustin’s future has a lot of name tags and hair nets. I hope he’s good with a broom."
