"They need to hire more employees and keep them. Every time I stop here the doors are always locked. Get these employees some help so they can use the bathroom and someone else can still run the register!"

"The cashier working at this has only bones in her head no brains! I went here to get some gas and the complimentary soda and it turned into a nightmare! I walk up to the soda machine and it says " Ask the cashier for cup" so I did. I asked politely I'm getting gas can I get a cup that qualifies for the promotion? The employee goes off on some rant about needing a receipt first, her boss said so everyone trying to get free soda! I explained how can I provide a receipt if I didn't pay for y gas yet and I've never been in a Terribles where you had to provide receipt first because at most you just walk up with your soda pay for your gas they give you the discount and your on for the day with your own problems and life issues. Unbelievable!! Time stamp approximately 6:30-7:00 pm"

"Lady thats working right now used to be a great employee , used to greet customers have a smile etc. Last few times she's had a poor attitude , closing the doors to take a break whenever she wants but apparently doesn't have a key so people still walk in, and she's outside sitting in her car, then comes in to tell us, its our fault we didn't see the sign she taped to the window, stating shes on a break. Guess she can put everyone's stuff back, lol. I've watched her go from a great employee to a worthless employee that treats your customers rude. May be a management problem??"
